Read MoreHere are the five steps that we suggest parents take to find an appropriate space for their child:• Have a clear, clean plan for the space.• Make sure the space has air conditioning, a desk, and a space to sleep.• Don’t rent the space from a family member.• Buy an existing space with a fixed lease or buy a space with an open space lease.• Pay rent on the space as soon as possible after it is moved into your home.
